A Lonely World For An Intellectual

I sometimes forget that we live in such a close minded society.

People think they are so slick,

That they assume too quick…

I listen to understand,

and not listen to reply.

I take in all the information that lies

cause real eyes realize real lies.

I’m neglected,

because I look at the world from many perspectives,

and anything I say or do

is always used against me,

like a hypocritical christian shames one for sinning.

I try to have conversations,

but have to dumb myself down in nearly every situation.

I’m a deep thinker…

You’re a deep drinker,

he’s a good smoker,

and his emotions tell him to smoke ya.

It’s a lonely world out there for an intellectual…

The dumbing down of America

has been in full effect for over 40 years.

I think and contemplate.

You watch TV and retaliate.

I listen to conscious rappers.

You listen to rappers, turn actors that promote the same thing over and over again that destroys our

communities.

We need unity over coonery.

It’s such a lonely world world for us.

People think you’re crazy,

or an immature baby

for speaking out on things that matter.

While most of us sit around, watch TV, and get fatter.

So while you be sleeping,

satan be creeping.

In your food, TV, music, medicine, drugs, alcohol, sex, and whatever you might think of.

Most people overlook our oppression,

the events coming your should question,

use your mind as a psychological weapon,

as dudes like me were brought up by natural selection.

We intellects are conscious over the masses.

We look into problems with magnifying glasses,

and are on the Power Elite’s blacklist.

I fear no man,

and I fear no evil.

I speak my mind,

even though consequences can be lethal.

I play chess to test my thought process.

I solve crosswords and puzzles.

I take long walks to clear my mind.

We do no have much time…

For we are in a financial decline.

So choose what side you’re on…

The fight for freedom, equality, and respect?

Or staying unconscious of the New World Order being set?
