Oh Angel of Mine
Though my eyes cannot see, my heart does for me. Oh angel of mine. Can you hear the sad sound my heart makes? It may be alive but trust me when I tell you it's oh so dead inside, oh angel of mine. I long to kiss her lips but some how my heart trips, I fall short and miss. Miss the opportunity to kiss her lips. Oh angel of mine. It's easy for others to express their feelings but for me it's an internal struggle. A battle of the gods, good vs evil. Oh angel of mine I've never felt a love so powerful. I try to be optimistic but at the same time I'm a realist, so I just can't kick it. Oh angel of mine when will it be my time to shine. My time to say "Hey! Would you be mine". My mind says maybe, but my heart says never. Oh angel of mine I love her dearly.
