train of thought
chemicals turn into code and language when we close our eyes and think to ourselves. the reaction to catalysts form impulses that swell through the synaptic pipeline, we translate it into our existence, the one of emotions and society and perceived significance, of feelings about moonlight and all the sensations of water. and in this we exist beyond existence. organic consumes chemical before being overwhelmed by gray matter. cells splitting and shriveling beneath the scene of contemplation and philosophy, splintering the reality of significance of loves first kiss.

Really enjoyed this Sammy! It proceeds through medicine and philosophy, then ends on a note of intimacy breaking it all down perfectly. Brilliant write!

You sought the path from the inspired moment to kiss back to its neurological and chemical origins. It's tough to distinguish what prompts what. Did the kiss put the chemicals in motion or were those already there waiting to be released? How autonomous are we really? Or are we fated for love and it's heartaches? Thank you for this.
