Revival

More than a year has passed and I am feeling better,
yet my life is still not bright and my situation is bitter.
This late night poem writing doesn't require much work,
my thoughts float and flow, in the back of my head they lurk.

I have so many things and stories to say and tell,
I am coming back up right from the place I fell.
There is a need to filter my feelings through a poetic text,
I wonder what my melancholy will make me write next.
