The Antichrist Is In For A Surprise

Gorbachev thinks that when his arsenal wipes out America  
Russia can, at the same time, shoot down our retaliatory strike.  
So our retaliatory attack that is supposed to be fatal to Russia,  
won't actually be fatal at all - for our retaliation will be thwarted.
So, when Russia miraculously emerges unscathed  
There will be global awe and amazement(Revelation 13.3-7).
 
The Christians left behind in South America, Africa and Asia
(when the ones in the big cities of the USA get Raptured  
As their bodies get vaporized by the nuclear fireballs  
at the time of the "sudden destruction" (1 Thessalonians 4.16-5.3)),  
Will collapse and meekly recant rather than suffer martyrdom --
 Or so Gorbachev will think!
 
Fat chance of that happening,  
for they'll see the Nuclear War as Bible Prophecy getting fulfilled,  
For it predicted that the "sudden destruction" would come,  
Described also as "the stars will fall"(Matthew 24.29-31)  
At the same time as the Rapture(the angels gathering souls).
 
Yes, the Christians who didn't put 2 and 2 together  
before the nuclear war/Russian attack,
Because their pastors and teachers let them down,  
Will do so now  --  better late than never.  
 
They will be willing to suffer and die,  
knowing that their reward in Heaven will be great.  
"Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His saints"(Psalms 72.14; 116.15).
