For An Hour

Today, let gravity be the only thing weighing down on your shoulders.
Life is short, and the sun only shines for a few brief hours.
Be gold.
Stay gold.
Take the lessons that we learned as children, and forever hold.
The universe whispers secrets to feed the soul that listens.
Hear the song of the sunrise,
the breeze moving swiftly past your browl, the waves that waltz with the moon at night, the way the starlight hits the pavement, the life altering effects a simple smile may posses.
Life is happening all around us.
Be a part of it.
Make mistakes that rattle your core.
Get lost in the winding roads,
embrace every wrong turn.
Rebuild yourself they way you see fit;
define yourself by what you make of it.
Watch flowers breaching through solid pavement, and learn from their  story.
This world is ours for an hour.
Bask in all of its glory.
