Pushing muscle
Bone
Screaming fascia
Sweating into it.
'Get out of your head'
Resonating, vibrating.
A moment, an hour

I whole heartedly agree, nothing better than pushing your body to sweaty limits for a cleansing effect

At least you're keeping in shape. I used to do this all the time. I'd hit a heavy bag, visualizing the faces of my foes, usually bank unit managers. Fine work!
