Gem Still
Drops of rain come down like Sapphire beads,
Engulfing me in a layer of glowing water,
The wind comes along shaking me,
As if to warm me of the lightning flooding by my feet,
Under me lays Jade grass grabbing at my feet, aiming to submerge me.
Falling-I look up to the Crystal clouds crumbling above me,
A kingdom overridden with aimless souls and an vengeful king unable to prosper,
I am still whilst the world around me is turning the wrong way,
My heartbeat warns me,
My sweat alarms me,
My tears try to wake me from my lucid daydream,
I awake in a pool of Ruby blood,
The world is spinning the right way,
But I still cannot move.
