no restrictions
anyone is accepted

but you twisted the message
build monetary ideology
upon broken homes
and rotted corpses

used war to progress
your control on us

we just stood aside
and watched it all fall
the freedom we once had
was taken away

locked in a cell
silenced by a system

rotted to the core
corrupted right/left political dogma
splitting us even further
creating disunity

keeping us distracted
with corporate newscasts

trying to shame peace
with blood stained hands
denouncing equality
to put bigotry on top

they've dealt their hand
shown us what they'll do

but the price of liberty
must be paid in full
before any sort of change
can come from you
