Love Sonnet I
My love, you are the first pink breeze of May
Tapping lightly at my heart with gentle hands
Your tender breath now swiftly thaws the land
How beautifully you dance your merry way
Your golden hair shines like the sun's own rays
A bed for me between the sky and sand
Your eyes shine like the starry heavens grand
Great constellations glimmer in your gaze
My love, your breath upon my lips is light
The sunrise blushes in your rounded cheeks
Your kiss is better than the strongest wine
To me you are the sun, the stars, the night
You are the greatest treasure I could seek
I beg you bind your perfect heart with mine
