Eric
Cross my heart
and hope to die,
I pray my true love
will hear my cry.
I wake to hear your voice.
I stand my ground.
I close my eyes and look
Inside myself.
I try but not by choice.
The touch of your smooth hands.
The sounds of heaven
Soar gently from between your satin lips.
The safe bond of your
Hands cuffing my hips.
With all my heart,
And all that I am.
Love in every fiber of my being,
And in every crevice and crack in my heart.
In those mysterious eyes
I stare dazed.
You are my drug,
You are my haze.
You are my Eric.
and hope to die,
I pray my true love
will hear my cry.
I wake to hear your voice.
I stand my ground.
I close my eyes and look
Inside myself.
I try but not by choice.
The touch of your smooth hands.
The sounds of heaven
Soar gently from between your satin lips.
The safe bond of your
Hands cuffing my hips.
With all my heart,
And all that I am.
Love in every fiber of my being,
And in every crevice and crack in my heart.
In those mysterious eyes
I stare dazed.
You are my drug,
You are my haze.
You are my Eric.
