I can’t help,
But feel.............
 
 
Maybe I don’t belong in this world
Maybe I’ve been born at a wrong time
Who are these people I can never relate to
Who are these strangers turning me into
 
Maybe I was never meant to be here
Maybe it was a long time ago people awaited
For my presence, for my advice
Waited at the seaside when mercury was at rise
 
Maybe I would have been a failure even then
Maybe I would have faced the hardships
But at least I would have belonged there
Wouldn’t have questioned why life is not fair
 
Maybe it’s just a feeling.. a feeling in my head
Maybe this is not the only answer to the hard times
How else can I run away from those staring eyes
How do I heal this heart that cries....
 
 And maybe that’s why...
