Seeking
We all have loved
and we all have lost
we have experienced the worst kind of sadness from it
and still we seek out more
yet all we find is
more pain, more misery, more sorrow
but we will still seek
And may the world be so bold to ask why we hurt ourselves in the process and what we are searching for?
and with heavy hearts we whisper to ourselves
"I seek for the one who loves me."
