"The sound of gunfire off in the distance, I'm getting used to it now." So say the Talking Heads in "Life During Wartime." There's an echo of that in "A sordid outpost of crime and despair." I'm often inclined to cite work by other performers and artists, but "Grandiloquent" works beautifully on its own terms. You have quite a style and billion dollar vocabulary.
