Sultry phoenix rising
Our tryst ending
Collecting her effects
“No vayas todavia!”
She spins ablaze

Cat-like presence
Wants me wanting
Overwhelming silent power
Eyes meet speaking

Burning dance commences

i'm pretty sure yours is clearer and more elaborate story and you were right to keep it, but I still like this one as an addition. it's like a little capsule version. [:
