Death's Toothbrush

Needle bristles rip
and tear open
his gums.

Rusted and clumped
with the smelliest
sewage scum.

Making him
bleed the
blackest blood.

Maggots and rotting
skin on top,
caked with mud.

You can hear the screams
of the dying, as it
goes back and forward

Giving the children on
Earth shivers from it's
horror.  

A knife on the end
to pick between
his teeth.

Revealing the
parasites living
underneath.

Washing it all
down with a
bottle of  blood.

Going down his
sink like a small
red flood.
