Who Am I?

I am the unfiltered caffeine,
Unchained aggression, hot suns gleam,
An M-16 supremely cleaned, full metal jacket,
The standard followed, to weed out those who can't hack it.

Tenacious and callous this is true,
Unforgiving to any disloyalty from you,
Honored to stand in the presence of my heroes,
Willing to endure any tortures this world could show.

Embodied by family to the very core,
Extending my branches, ensuring legacy's prosperity and much more,
Aztec Nubian warrior fighting for my peoples worth,
Using each day as my own personal rebirth.

I am the silent cries at the tragedies scene,
Two sides, good and bad and I'm in between,
Loving to the core with my mask ready to be worn,
A heart filled to capacity simultaneously being torn.

I am constantly evolving without ever changing the very essence of me,
If you get a chance to know me well enough, this you will see,
I am your husband, your son, your brother, your father, your friend,
I am the one who will be here until the very end!
