that morning
after showering
I walked into
our kitchen
in my robe
where she sat
at our glass topped
kitchen table
undressed
as was her habit
her eyes closed
legs spread
hand caressing
fingers inserted
slowly panting
I stood
in the doorway
watching through
the table top
as she aroused
herself
and
vicariously
me
as I crossed to the table
my shower robe
fell from my shoulders
I sat across from her
my hand’s motion
paced her’s
until my panting
caused her eyes
to open
seeing me there
she watched me
and my hand
as I watched her
and her fingers
she press her lips together
smiled
winked
grinned
rose from her chair
crossed around the table
bent to kiss
I felt her legs against mine
the inside of her legs
sliding against the outside of mine
her moist hand
replaced mine
to guide me
as she settled down
and with one motion
took me within her
so wet
so ready
was she
so hard
so ready
was I
that within
a thrust or two
our lips still
in that first kiss
we fulfilled
each other
our lips parted
her head
now on my shoulder
mine against her ear
we sat there
content
in the glow
of our
mutual love
I walked into
our kitchen
in my robe
where she sat
at our glass topped
kitchen table
undressed
as was her habit
her eyes closed
