When I was a young man
I ran a poker game
and a pool hall
I can remember so well
I'd think to myself
they ain't no dam way
I am going to grow
old and stupid
like some of these
old mutherfuckers
well time always tells
hot dam here I am
and being old and
about half stupid
is my biggest problem
yeah I've grown up
just like them
