Love is a funny thing?
Love is a funny thing isn't it?,
sometimes its exciting, passionate, warm and enigmatic, hewn from benevolent emotion.
Sometimes its rancourous and recondite, full of shadowy soliloquy.
What could possible be derived from such a Machiavellian sentiment but,
like the storm that gives way to a blue sky love is always in a state of flux,
a chameleon with a panoply of disguises, always ready to surprise or divide us.
But through immeasurable forces of attraction and devotion we abide.
