Struggle within
I don't know who I am..
One day I'm fine,
Feeling great.
Other days I feel lost,
Cold shivers crawling down my spine..
Filled with hate.
Looking for an escape,
No matter what the cost.
I try to keep my mind occupied,
Switch my feelings off and carry on..
But the truth is that I'm terrified.
Of losing you, losing myself.
I fear that I'm about done.

t' is really a battle of wills here actually.
Thing is: I've been recently diagnosed with being bi-polar,
ontop of that my girlfriend wants a break..

Be careful in trusting the diagnoses if your doctor's have only prescribed drugs without therapy. Creative minds often over think...and when over thinking become sensitive to disappointment.
Regardless, you are going through a tough time. Therapy can really help. Trust me.

I have a number of good friends who deal with the same thing and they're always there for me when I'm hitting the rough patch. :)
