sometimes you think you're navigating well
then gravity
gets the best of you
convoluted
judas grace
devil may care
too much
teach how to draw
a circle
don't wanna,
reminisce
give everything to the haunt
left us no metal here
for magnetic heart strings to pull on
so
when i put my ear to the ground
it feels like i'm not in a state of somber rapid eye movement
nobody pulled the rug out
somethin better,
kinda ok,
maybe just worse
is coming though
definitely could hear it in the dirt

yyyyep. this is precise. sometimes it feels like you throw words around and they all mean it, but not in as much of a concentrated form... this feels specific, and i fkn love that first stanza. the last one with the last line added too, gives off a bit of a bang and the relatability is always a draw. thanks for this, brother.

Definitely could hear it in the dirt. Word life yo, gravity laughs last and Earth has so much to teach to the fallen.
