My Jewel

I stand at the sea shore
At the same spot but,
The sea is getting turbulent
More than ever
I cant see through the mist
It's like a veil round my face
Everywhere I turn
I see your voice
The waves say nothing but your name
In the mist
Like the convergence of mirrors
Your face radiates its beauty to me
I try to touch your face
But it suddenly seems
Distorted.
Disoriented.
I know you are near but,
I cant see you
I feel you all around but
I cant touch you.
There is one thing I know for sure
No matter how far you may be
You cant escape
The gravity of my mind
The fire you kindled will burn forever
Waters cant quench it
I will nourish and cherish it
Surviving
In its warmth
Your memory has become
Like a priceless jewel
Embellished in my heart.
Dont worry about me
I will be content watching your
Smile
Radiated from my heart.
