A generation gap
Sent to betray our connection
Piercing needles infractions
Into our existence
Our souls intertwined
But the stars realigned
Now I'm standing by the open road
Wistfully looking back
Not regretting anything we had
But wondering
Should I keep writing
This beautiful chapter
Or run like always
Escaping into blank pages
Of a once again
Desolate path
