Nightmare
Had a dream last night.
One of those where you watch yourself,
Out-of-body type.
Watched myself do things.
Evil things.
Things that any conscience would forbid.
And I was hurting those who I care about most.
However, the worst part of my dream
Was not my actions.
The worst part was watching helplessly,
and knowing I am better than that!

sounds like a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde kinda dream. seeing our dark side strengthens our intent to avoid it...
