Listening to Flickering

before catching on fire
i lay wondering and quivering
yearning eyes closed
listening to flickering

odes of humid heat
that lick and moisten flames
fervent vapors roaring
staking it's brazen claim

amplified acoustics of
fires raging in the attic
a plethora of melting music
raining down on me like static

clingy tingly harmonies
humming hymnals as it crawl
hot scalding seconds slowly
cascading down my walls

surely this blaze
will engulf the whole house
since fires in the attic
are the toughest to put out

crackling and popping
pulsate as waft whispers
fiery kisses to my brain
as mind and hips converse

dormant desire and delirium
innate gyrates as i cum
...dancing in the fires
to the beat of your drum
