Distant worlds
I sit here, my mind a dizzying haze, missing those words that you always seem to speak with grace,
I sit and ponder whether our love will be completed with those warm tears of happiness and a comforting embrace, or are my tears and effort all going to waste?
Two star crossed lovers came together in distant worlds, stole each other’s hearts, and went out in a blaze,
My heart feels numb when you leave and my eyes seem to drown as my heart never ceases to ache,
My bed remains empty and I just wish you were here – with me …
I am attached and deeply in love with you, I am thankful for everyday as it brings you to me, but – not having you here makes my heart yearn and my tears fall,
I never want to be without you, I will always love you, and hopefully someday I will have more… Of you that is, and that will be the day when my heart sighs with disbelief, I love you, i really do.
