A thousand triggers in my head, 
Replaying thingz i thought were dead. 
rewind pause stop and go, 
fighting back hating the flow. 
playing knock knock with my head, 
Escaping to place's that soothe instead.
Negative thinking invading my brain, 
Trying hard to drive me insane. 
A great big world far and wide, 
Feel,s so small when my knock knock,s collide.
