Sea Gypsy

Blue water, sky, dark distant islands
We slice the wavelets with oars
Her hair orange red, deep roots, magenta feathers green and purple
We laugh with nature and all beauty

Slap of water, whisper of wind
Purple gold her shirt, sparkling silver tiny jewels in her nose
We glide over blue frosting, under wooden bridges, around sea sculpted rocks

Was it wisdom, or curiosity
Her question arrow
Is it all worth it?
My heart’s answer:
I don’t know,
yet.
