Ive spent so much time
Breaking down my walls
I've worked so hard
To try to be vulnerable
But now i've become a construction worker
Im picking up the pieces
And gluing up the fragments
Until im locked up
Completely surrounded by my walls
But this time
i'll make them indestructable
So next time
i wont be able to knock them down

I relate to this so well but definitely do not do that! It'll be much harder the next time. Only way to enjoy the beautiful things in life is to be at least somewhat open to them. Be cautious but still allow light to penetrate through those walls every now and then... Good things are out there they're just hard to find.
