Roses

A rose color can mean many things
Red means romance
Pink for love
Yellow is friendship
And white is pure

Now most people know the basic colors
But what about black?
What does a black rose mean?
Does it mean darkness?
Does it mean bad?
No one ever thinks about the black rose

Each person is a rose color
And the color can shift and change
Some people are white
While some are pink, being forced back to yellow

On the outside, I am a white rose.
Pure
Innocent
Sweet
But on the inside, I�m the black rose.
Dark
Sad
Misunderstood
Alone

But sometimes black roses can be pretty
If the right person comes along

So where is that person
To make my black rose pretty?
Where did they go?
