Resting without peace
Trapped in moments of love & hate
Years passed; but laid awake
Mind paused [but body aged]
Dried out, decomposed
Brittle leaves, an aged rose
Unnoticed
On an unmarked grave
As faint aroma of death swirls
I still wait [six feet below]
For you
Years passed; but laid awake
Mind paused [but body aged]
Dried out, decomposed
Brittle leaves, an aged rose
Unnoticed
On an unmarked grave
As faint aroma of death swirls
I still wait [six feet below]
