Poems written poorly at 440 in the morning;
deep thoughts surrendering to sloppy ink forms,
dark feelings discarded as black smudges against white
and finally released from its incarceration
my mind, now free, floats away into dreams

good write sammy....
like your use of numerals...especially without the dot, i.e. 4.40...
i don't know...440 title and again in the poem seems to make it more powerful...
lol....what a weird thing to say...i think i need to go to bed... :)

haha Thank you Kate. I am glad you liked it. I need to figure out the secret to good titles. It sounds like this one worked. haha And going to bed is what inspired this poem.
