The "cool kids" I laugh
Smart ones were too much
I was the one in the class who wouldn't speak too much
I rarely ever trusted anyone at all
Just mind my own business while I'd pass through the halls
Never cared for popularity
Never needed no clarity
I didn't need you to tell me just what you had thought of me
You see like I said I am me
I'm myself
I'm the type of person who didn't need your help
I didn't care to make friends
Or even fit in
I wanted to fit out because that's just how I felt
