i don't know why
but i cant stop that blade
from slicing away at my skin
is it because i feel like
nothing it might be or
is it because i know I'm
nothing or is it because
i know I'm not good enough
or because i know
that one person
i love doesn't love me
or is it because I'm
not pretty enough i don't know
but i do know that i love the
feeling of that blade across my skin
but i cant stop that blade
from slicing away at my skin

Boring! I've heard this stuff all before & it's not the answer to your problems. We all have emotional pain in our lives. I don't get why the pain of self harm is somehow a remedy for outside pain. You're not taking away the outside pain by self harming, it still waits until you can find a way of locking it out.
