Meditation
This evening I meditate
Into the night sky
Touchng the ether
Past the clouds
Amongst the stars
Into the cosmos
Striking a chord of harmony
Within my soul
All creation sings with such beauty and majesty
The splendor of the moon shining bright this glorious eve
Bringing me to life
Swimming in the ocean in my minds eye
Feeling her ebb and tide
All mother Earth thrumming with life
Every man, woman and child
Connected to her
Oh sweet splendor
Such wonderous relief
To meditate and connect
With the cosmos, the stars high above
Putting my pain far behind me
Loving life for once.
