Misunderstood
If I keep looking down,
They wont see my frown
They wont see the tears
I've shed all these years.
How could they understand,
When they talk their shit and pretend?
Why am I so dark?
It's from people like you who give me scars.
Why is it hard?
You'll never understand that part;
Because you are so blinded by society,
You won't open your eyes to see
There are other lost souls like me
Struggling to find divinity.
Yet you crush us down,
Making us frown,
With no hopes of a way out,
Just standing out from the crowd.
So will someone see me now?
They wont see my frown
They wont see the tears
I've shed all these years.
How could they understand,
When they talk their shit and pretend?
Why am I so dark?
It's from people like you who give me scars.
Why is it hard?
You'll never understand that part;
Because you are so blinded by society,
You won't open your eyes to see
There are other lost souls like me
Struggling to find divinity.
Yet you crush us down,
Making us frown,
With no hopes of a way out,
Just standing out from the crowd.
So will someone see me now?
