Graceful

If I close my eyes, letting the lids fall gracefully, It soon
becomes apparent, well to me anyway; Soon became clear as rhyme
or reason that I'm still here, but yes, oh yeah I did run so very,
very far, my thoughts, they did race, my mind spiritually lifted,
swept up on the breeze, flowing away on currents, beyond the
horizon till the shoreline met and received in tones of a lovers
crescendo, as all else meant nothing of little we chose to not feel
for, lost together in the still Of a warm evenings embrace, our
hearts weeping for the songs of lovers yet to be heard.
