Slave Master
Stop barking at my door, dog
I have no scraps to feed you.
There is no space in this life of mine
For another slave master
I shut you out
Don’t feel alone
You’re not special
This is not about
You
Stop whining at my door, dog.
There is no love inside me
To spare for another
Slave master
I shut you down
Don’t feel alone
I treat you no different
Than anyone else
This is not about
You
Stop following me around, dog.
Nothing will change
My life is filled to the brim
With peace
And there is no space
For another slave master
I have no scraps to feed you.
There is no space in this life of mine
For another slave master
I shut you out
Don’t feel alone
You’re not special
This is not about
You
Stop whining at my door, dog.
There is no love inside me
To spare for another
Slave master
I shut you down
Don’t feel alone
I treat you no different
Than anyone else
This is not about
You
Stop following me around, dog.
Nothing will change
My life is filled to the brim
With peace
And there is no space
For another slave master
