No doubt that if it were meant to be, we would have continued on this journey together.
It just wasn't intended for my life, but I have plans and so much ahead of me. I won't be sad, just accept that part will be different ; )

well, i think the commas are unneccessary, but that's perhaps personal choice. i'm actually not sure whether the "Your" in the second stanza should be "Your" or "You're" here, but otherwise, i love it.
