Will you still love me
When I'm no longer yours.
The sun has stopped shining
And instead the rain pours.
The window to my heart closes
And so does its doors?
Will you still love me
When I'm no longer yours.
My soul bares its teeth
But only the eyes roar.
Its wings clipped short
But still I soar?
I ask
Will you still love me
When I'm no longer yours.
When it's too late?
When I'm no longer yours.
