Tinkering
It seems..
To be an poet you have to be bathed in knowledge.
To know everything there is..to be a good poet.
There is never a alright poet,
There is..horrible..
understandable but it is still trash..
And..
Great.
Something people will never be known as.
Have to be thrown out..
Only to be scared right back in.
Rash comments on how their poetry is stupid..
Or how you need to work a little more..
When you had worked..so hard.
And now..to only see failure in your work.

Bitter, unrelentingly bitter..
The last four lines are pretty hideous and I'm sure regardless of how good anyone is, a lot will look at them and relate.
It seems a shame to agree with what you've wrote, yet I do.
Horrible and great.. in many way's I'd like to think the two can come together without collision, but seems unlikely.
