Empathetic Lies

Title's a bit off.

You're a poet but don't show it, so what's the point in what you write?,
Type up another stereotype while you believe in yourself, with generic excuses deceive yourself
But it's hard to read those pages in that drawer where you hide.

What other lies have you told? This soul can't be sold so where are the drugs that you hold?
Should I be staring at your writ or your wrists?. What have I actually missed?
Another wish of me under the trees, kissed by a breeze, dancing with the leaves
As the rope round my neck tightens, pulled down by gravity?, the gravity of the situation over taking me
Bowels loosening with my dreams, I'm pissing in the wind, but am I care free?

Final moments are a cold scene. An alluring thought would be to hang beneath the fixtures of the lights
So my finder can turn on a switch, afraid of the dark, and see me.
Day-mare outside day care, are you aware of the creatures which prowl in the heads of a standard crowd?
Pulling the names of children from teachers mouths, not talking to strangers is a lesson never learned.
Yet stranger, they heard, some kid suddenly left the class
What degree did he earn? At what grade was he burned? And by which decree shall court be adjourned?
What comes is a man who couldn't cum, crying in a perspex, pervert's box, muttering about what he's done.
In a room full of judges, flicking through the pictures of a child known as evidence
In front of a family who grieve.

You need empathy to sympathize and get your story right
But then would you have done what you done?, if you could feel your victims pain and know it's wrong as you killed them; that, is the evil I love,
Killing to share pain is what I want.
Staring into tearful eye's which you cry upon, both begging for the other to stop
Both trying to cling onto a rock, pronouncing the lines of each others face,
One's creating more and tasting the blood on his tongue, whilst screaming kill me, kill me
As he kills the other one.
