The Gift of Laughter

Undeniable, something magical in laughter
An old woman lost in a good chuckle is stripped of her aged lines, her wrinkles
She is young again and beaming with the light of a thousand tinkling bells of exhuberation
A baby who has yet to learn meaning of words can communicate in the sound of
sweet innocent giggling laughter,  that seduces the very same from deep within your heart;
tossing aside jaded experiences and giving you back your own innocence
allowing you to bask in that brief moment of sunshine and butterfly kisses
You can sit back and watch…in the park a couple on a bench with laughter in their eyes
and upon their lips is who your eyes will gravitate too,
over the couple bickering or subdued in angry lines of dissatisfaction.
You can see and hear, the golden hues of satisfaction and happiness from souls
that speak in all the colors of a rainbow’s temporary arche on sunny days.
Medicine for the mind and body, the easiest to take, and no purchase necessary,
Just a willingness to open your heart, mind, and eyes to it's gift.

(Thankful for those that share this gift with me)
