Lonely Soul

Lost, darkness is all around,
There's not even a warm body to be found,
Not even the slightest sound,

Fear is all you can sense,
It makes you nauseous, which comes on with such intense,
You begin to fear it with such immense,

Loneliness fills your aching heart,
Your mind begins to race so very fast, it doesn't know where to start,
Your decisions that have been made are not very smart,

Hatred it hits you with such a hard blow,
You wonder to yourself, how could you have stooped this low,
People laugh and point at you saying, "I told you so!"

Abandonment is the worst feeling I must say,
I can no longer even joke around or play,
Is this going to continue day after day?

Love is all I really desired,
All these emotions have made me grow quite tired,
But, these are the consequences for getting so wired!
