Within Temptation
If you're gonna tease me and taunt me and haunt me
But never pull through or do what you say
If you laugh when I cry and all you say is a lie
I need to move on and not dwell on today
But sometimes you kiss me and hug me and love me
Love your arms around me and the smell of your hair
You miss away my tears and brush away my fears
You say I'm The One and act like you care
But one minute youre hot and the next you are cold
You hug me one day, then you shove me away
It's all too confusing, I just can't keep up
You say you're here always but you never stay
If you could just go and leave me alone
My head would be make I clear, I'd get over you
If you stay I'd still want you, think of you, and love you
But in the end I could never have you
You'll always be within temptation for me

This poem is structured differently than your other works on this site. The words you used to express the topic paint the picture clearly.
(Something my step-mother once said to me: "Men are all the same, they pull you close, they push you away, the pull you close, they push you away, and why do they do this? Because in the end, they are all scared little boys" Thought it might apply nicely to your situation)
