love?
If you love someone
And you let them go,
You will become
Just like everybody else.
Everyone needs their own space
But that should not be confused
With pushing someone away
Just because you're scared of being used.
People break up and break down
And the true love begins with two
Friends who want more for the other
And being there when the other one needs them too.

I like verse 2 here. It says it all really. Love is precious, yes, & people shouldn't let paranoia get in the way of spoiling a good relationship, just because it's going well. This is what I'm reading into these verses anyway. Or, for want of a better word, this is what your poem is saying to me but others may have a different view on it, naturally.
