To the followers of Baha’i’; have a wonderful ‘Ridvan!’
To my Buddhist friends; Happy ‘Theravada!’
To my Hindu friends; I bid you a Blessed ‘Ram Navami.’
To my Jains’ brothers & sisters; may you and your families have a Blessed ‘Mahavir Jayanti.’
To all my Pagan friends; have a glorious ‘Spring Equinox!’
To my Wiccan buddies; have a joyous ‘Beltane.’
To my Islamic friends; blessings to you during this time of ‘Isra Mirage’
To any Satanic worshippers (and you know who you are); happy ‘Ascended into Hell,’ week.
To my Sikh friends; I wish you peace and love during ‘Vaisakha.’
And, I almost forgot; blessed 'Passover' to all my Jewish friends
To My Atheist Friends; quit your wining and bellyaching! You decided to opt out of a cone at the ice-cream store, now let us enjoy eating ours, and you go pout somewhere else

Happy Easter to you from this Christian. I have a rhyming Easter greeting I have sent online to friends past few years:
Happy Easter, one and all;
Join in the "He is risen!" call.
(For the first time in my own lifetime Orthodox and Western Christian Churches are remembering Easter on this the same day.)
Update 21 April 2016 (2 Easters later):
The last line resonated having today been sampling ice cream at a Wales seaside resort (as well as visiting a few churches same day):
You decided to opt out of a cone at the ice-cream store, now let us enjoy eating ours....
