I thought that I would wait for you
But instead I headed down a road of no return
Making it impossible to separate sex from emotion
Im too deep in it
Opening a door of reoccurring addiction
I just cant seem to keep the key out of my ignition
Cant seem to stop what we've started
Got me hoping & praying that my paranoia of starting life ceases
And the though of diseases EKKK
Makes me wonder should I have waited for you
Only four months of knowing at the time I cant shake it
This feeling of disappointment on my shoulders
The load is too heavy where are my mental boulders
How do I escape its too late to delay
Im still rolling around in the devils din of sin
Reaching for Gods hand only to be pushed back in
When will my time come of mental stability
Because I thought that I would wait for you
