I am to move
Maybe yet
But not too soon
Should I say, 'hello'
Or face the last 'goodbye'
I find another day
Stay awake I must see
What I am to be
This life I chose
What am I to be?
Only 'he' will ever know
I wait to see you
If not 'oh well'
We hardly see each other
I believe this is the last "farewell"

Reminds me of my family. I always would try to compare myself to them. Constantly I was looking for guidance. Eventually, you do have to cut the cord. I realize this piece probably wasn't about that, but that's what hit me. Thank you.

Sad and touching poem i hope you get to talk to him before you leave. But think about it this way if you never say goodbye that means you will meet again later in life or in the next life . I hope you still keep in touch with your friend even when you leave

Thank you, I sure hope to see how things work out in life. It's a trivial thing, but getting past the complicated parts make life a whole lot easier..
